If you are KYC Compliant you can fill the registration forms and submit the same for opening an investment account. If you are not KYC Compliant, please download and fill the KYC Form with black ink only and sign at 2 places, across the photo and within the box. Then submit the same along with necessary documents listed below:

  • Self-attested copy of PAN
  • Self-attested copy of Address (If Bank Statement / utility Bill not more than 3 months old)
  • Self-attested copy of Overseas Address (Applicable to NRI Investors)
  • Self-attested copy of Passport with Visa Page (Applicable to NRI Investors)

NSE – IIN (Investor Identification Number) Form:

Individual investors may CLICK HERE to fill the IIN Registration Form and CLICK HERE for Debit Mandate Form. The duly completed forms are to be printed, signed by all the holders and sent to SenSage along with the documents listed below:

  • Self-attested copy of PAN
  • Self-attested copy of Cheque
  • Latest Bank Statement / Passbook if name is not printed on the cheque

Once IIN number is allotted and the Debit Mandate is registered with Bank you will be able to transact online.
